HEMORRHAGIC STROKE IN DIABETES MELLITUS OF TYPE 2

The examination of 34 patients with apoplectic shock and II type diabetes mellitus and 50 patients of control group with apoplectic shock without II type diabetes mellitus has been carried out. The hypertension, cerebral atherosclerosis, cardio ischemia, adiposity, repeated strokes were for certain more often. The course of apoplectic shock with II type diabetes is more serious, than in control group, and marked disorders of consciousness, oculomotor and bulbar abnormalities, deep dyskinesia were noticed. For sure we more often observed the development of secon-dary stem syndrome, blood penetration into ventricles. Computerized tomography of brain showed postapoplectic lacunar cysts, leukoaraiosis developments, cerebral at-rophy. Case mortality in the group under investigation is higher, than in the control one.
